However, please note that travel between both Corbin and Paintsville will be required for this position.*****PAY RATE: $23.01 Hourly**(Pay is negotiable based on experience)**Summary:**Performs a variety of duties to engage and educate partners through onsite visits, ensure compliance and risk awareness, and provide clear documentation and feedback to support effective Operation Sharing partnerships.**Essential Job Functions:*** Collaborate with Operation Sharing Managers to strategically identify partners and locations for at least ten regular onsite visits per week. Represent CAP and Operation Sharing by building trusted relationships, explaining policies and expectations, and understanding each partner's operations, needs, capacity, and tier. Identify opportunities to strengthen collaboration and increase overall impact. 40%* Ensure partners are operating in alignment with Operation Sharing standards through intentional onsite observation and discussion. Identify potential compliance concerns, operational risks, or misuse of GIK, and communicate findings promptly and clearly to Operation Sharing leadership. Support partners by addressing issues early to prevent escalation while maintaining accountability. 30%* Develop and maintain clear, consistent reports documenting onsite visits, partner insights, compliance observations, and potential new leads.
