HRIS Analyst
DescriptionPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to identify, analyze and document business requirements related to HRISServe as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related queries and troubleshootingConduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity, compliance and optimal performanceDesign, develop and implement HRIS enhancements, workflows and reports to improve HR operationsSupport the implementation of new HRIS modules and system upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to business operationsProvide training and support to HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionalities and best practicesDevelop and maintain documentation, including process maps, user guides and system configurationsMonitor HRIS performance and user feedback to recommend and implement continuous improvementsStay updated on HR technology trends and best practices to drive innovation within the HRIS frameworkRequired Knowledge/Skills/AbilitiesBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration or equivalent experience3+ years of experience as an HRIS Analyst or in a similar role within a global organizationProficiency with UKG Pro or other major HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP, etc.)Strong understanding of HR processes, policies and best practicesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detailAbility to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersProven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsExperience with data analysis tools and techniques; proficiency in SQL and Excel is a plusCertification in HRIS or related areas (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is preferredWhat We OfferOpen paid time offHybrid scheduleComprehensive healthcare and wellness programs100% company-paid volunteer time401k with a company matchPet InsuranceTuition/Continuing Education reimbursement programAt our core, Trintechers stand committed to fostering a culture rooted in our core values – Humble, Empowered, Reliable, and Open.
