Electrical Construction Manager

Enersense Engineering is currently seeking Electrical Construction Managers to support our clients' Data Centre projects in several locations across Finland. We are hiring on a permanent basis and the work is set to start as soon as possible.Main tasks and responsibilities:Manage site Quality Assurance in coordination with the QA Manager, ensuring all works meet the highest standardsOversee the project schedule with the Project Team and prepare two-week look-aheads for upcoming worksEnsure labour resources are planned and maintained in line with project requirementsSupervise subcontractor activities, monitoring progress against schedules and manpower trackersIdentify and report all variations and delays to Project ManagementVerify that all plant and materials delivered are in line with specifications and safely stored onsiteSupport project close-out, including O&M manuals, punch lists, safety files, QA files, and material handovers, in collaboration with the Site Project ManagerUphold compliance and governance standards, including:Enforcing Health & Safety requirements and promoting safe working practicesDriving continuous safety improvements and ensuring high housekeeping standardsCollaborate with Package Managers to develop and implement company proceduresManage change control effectively, ensuring cost and programme impacts are captured and addressedThis role offers the opportunity to take ownership of critical electrical construction activities while contributing to the successful delivery of major projectsRequirements:Relevant Electrical Qualification essential eg. City & Guilds Certificate, HNC/BTEC or NVQ5+ years of previous experience in a similar role, electrical construction, preferably within large-scale projects such as data centres, industrial, pharmaceutical, or mission-critical facilitiesStrong knowledge of LV/MV electrical systems, QA, and safety complianceProven ability to manage subcontractors, labour, schedules, and costsExperience with change control, variations, and project reportingProficiency in MS Project (or similar tools)Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsPrevious experience in Data Centre projects is mandatoryFinnish language skills considered as a benefitPlease send your application soon, as the position will be filled as soon as a suitable candidate is found.
