Job Description The Camp Transformation Center is hiring a high-energy, reliable Front Desk / Sales Associate to join our growing fitness community!Find out if this opportunity is a good fit by reading all of the information that follows below.If you love fitness, enjoy talking to people, and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves, this is for you.Location2129 Morrill Ave, San Jose Schedule RequirementsMust be available most weekday mornings 4:30am-10:30amMust be available occasional Saturday morningsClosed on Sundays What You’ll Be Responsible For:Front Desk & SalesGreet members and prospects with energy and professionalismAnswer phones, texts, and DMsBook consultations and assist with membership salesFollow up with leads and help convert prospects into membersCheck members in and manage front desk operationsSocial MediaAssist in managing Instagram and other platformsCapture in-gym content (photos/videos of workouts, member highlights, events)Post stories and help increase engagementSupport local marketing effortsMust be comfortable filming, speaking in videos, and helping bring our brand to life on social mediaFacility UpkeepMaintain cleanliness and organization of the facility (Including cleaning of restrooms)Cleaning bathrooms, lobby, workout floor, and equipmentTrash removal and general facility upkeepHelp reset equipment and maintain a professional environment Requirements:Must be available xaygatp occasional Saturday morningsMust be able to lift at least 25 lbsComfortable being on your feet for extended periodsStrong communication and customer service skillsReliable and detail-orientedComfortable discussing pricing and closing membershipsNice to have:Spanish speaking is a plus1+ year of sales experienceYou love fitness and are passionate about helping others achieve their goalFitness experience is a plus, but personality and work ethic matter most.
