The position is located at our Chester Centre which is a fantastic facility consisting of an impressive, recently modernised Aftersales Centre and Bodyshop and BMW and MINI Sales.Your ResponsibilitiesTo satisfy all customer requirements and increase all aspects of the parts business through Direct selling.To be fully conversant with all procedures within the Parts Department.Your profileWhat We Are Looking ForParts Experience with BMW / Prestige centreVehicle knowledge with BMW / Prestige centreExcellent communication and customer liaison skillsExperience communicating with Senior Managers and Head of Business (reports)Ability to communicate the Companies products and services in a professional and timely mannerExcellent attention to detailAbility to work well under pressure and to tight deadlinesAbility to work within a team environmentAbility to use own initiativeComputer Literate - Word packages and DriveRewards22 days holiday plus bank holidays AND your birthday off!We endeavour to look after our staff by operating an Employee Car Scheme.
