Job Description Responsible for driving the NAND Technology Roadmap and cost-reduction initiatives through fab cost analysis, volume analysis, and application of AI-based methodologies. Strong documentation and communication skills are highly required. Key Responsibilities Coordinate cross-functional execution: coordinate between engineering, product, operations, and finance to align on the technology roadmap. Develop strategic roadmaps: define project scope, create detailed schedules, and establish milestones using project management tools. Risk management & mitigation: identify bottlenecks and resource constraints, develop contingency plans to keep programs on track. Documentation and communication: serve as the primary point of contact for program updates and deliver clear reports on progress, risks, and budget status to executive leadership. Process optimization: implement and refine engineering methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall) to improve team velocity and delivery predictability. Resource allocation: manage budget and personnel allocation across multiple workstreams to ensure productivity without burnout. Quality & compliance oversight: ensure deliverables meet specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements through rigorous testing phases. Perform additional program management tasks as needed to ensure successful delivery of engineering objectives. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a related technical field. 10+ years of experience in semiconductor, hardware, or high-tech engineering environments. Experience in program or project management within a technical or engineering environment. Strong understanding of engineering development processes and cross-functional workflows. Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Master's degree in engineering, business, or related field. Experience working with global or cross-cultural engineering teams. Working Conditions This position is primarily office-based or hybrid, depending on project needs, with standard business hours. Extended hours may be required during critical launch windows or hardware build cycles. Occasional travel to manufacturing sites, vendor locations, or satellite offices may be required. Additional Information For California, Colorado, New York, Washington, and remote roles: The compensation range for this role is $133,680 - $213,900.
