It is the first provider of acute clinical telemedicine services to earn The Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval and has maintained this accreditation consistently.About the RoleThe Clinical Support Coordinator role is critical to supporting the organization’s telemedicine mission. This full-time, remote position on the 2nd shift involves managing requests from client hospitals and physicians within a fast-paced, 24/7 virtual hospital environment. The coordinator ensures timely communication, supports consult preparation and dispatch, and provides technical and operational assistance to maintain efficient patient care delivery.ResponsibilitiesCommunicate effectively with hospital clinical staff and physicians to ensure timely patient careAnswer incoming calls to the consult center and accurately record patient informationCoordinate with clinical specialists to ensure efficient results, including managing paperwork, image uploads, video conferencing setup, and connection testingHandle inbound and outbound calls courteously and professionallyProvide Tier 1 technical support to hospitals and physicians; facilitate handoff to Tier 2 IT support as neededReport any service level agreement failures, goal issues, or conflicts to supervisors promptlyPerform tasks without established procedures when necessaryComplete other assigned duties as requiredRequirementsHigh School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certificationMinimum one year of experience in a call center, healthcare, or IT environmentStrong written and oral communication skills and ability to work across departmentsProficiency with Microsoft Office and communication/collaboration tools on various systemsAbility to learn new software and systems quicklyExcellent phone and customer service skills with high attention to detailFlexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environmentAbility to excel in a remote work setting within a high-growth organizationCompensationThe pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.Benefits & PerksRemote workHealth insurance including medical, dental, and visionHealth Savings Account (HSA)Flexible spending accounts (FSA) for medical and dependent careEmployer-paid life and AD&D insurance (supplemental coverage available)Paid time off, wellness days, and paid holidaysEqual Opportunity StatementOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
