Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Representative located in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area. The Business Development Representative will focus on generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and identifying new business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include reaching out to prospects, conducting inside sales activities, participating in sales strategies, and collaborating with the team to achieve business growth targets. Qualifications Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation techniquesStrong Communication and interpersonal skills for client interactionsExperience in Sales and Business Development activitiesResults-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targetsSelf-motivated and organized with attention to detailExperience working in fast-paced, goal-oriented environmentsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plusFamiliarity with CRM tools and sales software is advantageous
