The primary responsibility of this role is to help create and maintain a safe, secure environment for our clients, their employees, and their assets. The ideal candidate has prior security or public safety experience, demonstrates strong integrity, and remains attentive and professional at all times.Key ResponsibilitiesWide range of potential assignments - events, construction, demolition sites, retail, corporate, etc.Patrol assigned premises and maintain a high level of visibility to deter incidentsMonitor entrances and exits to ensure only authorized personnel have accessRemove trespassers or unauthorized individuals when necessaryMonitor and review surveillance cameras for unusual or suspicious activityRespond promptly to incidents and reports of suspicious behaviorComplete detailed daily activity reports and document all security incidents QualificationsValid Driver's License preferredPrevious experience as a Security Officer, Guard, or in a related role preferredValid Illinois PERC Card and completion of 20-Hour Basic Training requiredReliable mobile device with internet access (for reporting and communication)Strong knowledge of public safety/security procedures and protocolsExcellent written communication and report-writing skillsHigh level of integrity, professionalism, and sound judgmentStrong observational skills and attention to detailGamma Team Security224-235-4347hr@gammateamcorp.com
