We hope you'll join us.About the Job As a Cashier Shift Lead, you are responsible for leading the Cashier team and supporting Store Leadership in maintaining excellent customer service and retail standards. You are also responsible for being a leadership presence and PIC (Person In Charge) on the floor throughout your shift. You will often be responsible for opening and closing the store. Your main responsibilities are to oversee the cash register and front end of the store, which includes cashiering, handling customer questions and concerns, and assisting with stocking and facing front‐facing displays, grocery, alcohol, and dairy shelves, and produce sets as needed. We encourage a team mentality at Luke's and as such, all staff often assist each other based on the demands of the day. Having a positive attitude, team mentality, and an eagerness to learn is a must.
