The successful candidate will be a mission-driven, trauma-informed school leader with at least 7 years' leadership experience in a charter school or network context. This dual role requires the ability to articulate and model a deep commitment to the school's mission and values, oversee charter operations, compliance, and fiscal management, and provide instructional leadership to ensure high standards of academic achievement. The role also involves managing personnel systems, and staff supervision, and fostering a supportive, inclusive environment that promotes student safety, discipline, and community engagement.Applicants must have a proven track record of maintaining student academic outcomes, experience working with a diverse student and parent population, and the ability to build support structures in challenging environments. The ideal candidate will have a California Teaching Credential, Administrative Credential, and a Master's Degree (preferred). They should be adept at strategic planning, communication, and execution, and possess strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and understanding.
