Senior CMP, Diffusion & Wet Process Engineer

Why this role matters Planarization, thermal, and wet steps prepare the surfaces every later step builds on. Tight control here is what lets complex stacks and fine-pitch interconnects be built with high yield. Technical scope Chemical-mechanical planarization: removal rate, uniformity, dishing, and erosion; slurry and pad behavior; thermal processing and budget management; wet clean chemistries; surface preparation and particle control; consumable qualification; defect classification for these steps. First 90 days Take ownership of CMP, thermal, or wet process work on active programs. Set defect and contamination controls. Document process windows and consumable controls. What you bring 8+ years in a high-volume fab, foundry, or advanced-packaging environment. CMP, diffusion, or wet process engineering.
