Our team focuses on helping individuals build independence, develop daily living skills, and stay actively engaged in their communities through compassionate, person-centered support.Position SummaryWe are currently hiring a dependable and compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide morning support for an adult living in the Portland area. This part-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating consistent routines, encouraging independence, and building positive, supportive relationships.What You'll DoIn this role, you will:Support daily living routines and personal care needsEncourage independence and healthy habitsAssist with community outings, errands, and activitiesProvide calm, respectful, and reliable supportHelp maintain a safe and structured environmentCommunicate important updates with the support team as neededAbout the IndividualYou will be supporting an adult who benefits from consistency, encouragement, and patient guidance.
