DevSecOps Architect
About the Role In this role, you will join Critical Services Center of Excellence (CoE) is part of SoftServe's Cybersecurity Practice, helping organizations strengthen their security through tailored solutions. You will specialize in software architecture, enterprise platforms, and cloud technologies, supporting clients across security posture, compliance, modernization, data protection, cost optimization, and secure AI adoption.
Responsibilities Play a key technical role in shaping end-to-end security solutions, from early pre-sales discussions to full delivery
Work closely with clients to understand their needs, design secure architectures, build prototypes, and support implementation to ensure everything aligns with the agreed roadmap
Explore new technologies and services, gaining practical experience while growing through exposure to cutting-edge ideas and patterns
Design and refine strategies that help clients achieve their security goals
Create clear, high-quality architecture documentation that supports both technical and business stakeholders
Tackle complex challenges across infrastructure, data, and AI security with many moving parts
Collaborate with clients, internal experts, and partners to deliver solutions that drive real impact and high customer satisfaction
Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest threats, vulnerabilities, and industry trends, and advising on how to mitigate risks and strengthen defenses
Own the technical side of architecture, from pre-sales to delivery
Present structured solutions, actively listen to client needs, and conduct clear, impactful technical demos
Requirements Strong background in security architecture with hands-on experience
Proven experience in technical leadership, owning end-to-end services or products
Extensive experience as a Security Engineer
Strong expertise in cloud security across AWS, Azure, or GCP
Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, or SOC 2
Relevant security certifications, such as CISSP, CISA, CSSLP, CISM, or CCSP
Hands‑on expertise in identity and access management (IAM) solutions
Strong problem‑solving skills, coupled with a proactive, self-driven mindset and a "can-do" attitude
Excellent communication skills and fluent English level to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and technical teams
