As a Lead Software Engineer, you will design and develop multi-agent orchestration platforms, intelligent automation solutions, and enable AI solutions that streamline workflows, accelerate delivery, and provide reusable AI capabilities across the organization. You will work at the intersection of software engineering, Generative AI, and automation to create scalable solutions that drive measurable business impact. *Key Responsibilities*: Build and enhance the multi-agent AI orchestration platform and automation frameworks. Develop enterprise-grade full-stack applications supporting AI-powered experiences. Design and implement Generative AI solutions using modern agent frameworks. Partner with product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver innovative AI capabilities. Drive technical excellence, scalability, security, and performance across solutions. *Required Qualifications* Full-Stack Development 7+ years of experience developing enterprise web applications. Strong experience with Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, Tailwind, and Bootstrap. Generative AI Engineering 2+ years of hands-on experience building Generative AI applications. Experience with ADK, OpenAI Agent Frameworks, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar technologies. Experience designing agent-based workflows, automation, and AI-powered solutions. Enterprise Application Development 5+ years designing and building scalable, secure, high-performance enterprise applications. Agile & Self-Starter Mindset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver results with minimal oversight. *Preferred Qualifications* 2+ years of experience with public cloud platforms and AI solution deployment.
