Our smart machines deliver barista-quality espresso-based coffee, fresh milk tea, snacks, and restaurant-grade hot meals 24/7.Strategically deployed in high-traffic locations including universities, transit hubs, stadiums, hospitals, office buildings, and community spaces, we manage every aspect of daily operations end-to-end.Now actively expanding across Los Angeles.The RoleExperience in Outbound Sales, combined with Business Development or Project Management experience would be the ideal candidate.We are looking for someone proactive and personable, with a successful track record of reaching out to and bringing in new clients, rather than just maintaining pre-existing clients.You will be a leader of our Los Angeles rollout, working directly alongside our CEOs, as well as other top stakeholders in our company — securing new clients, locations and assisting with early-stage operations. As our product expands in Los Angeles and our team grows, you’ll help build the local routine and team.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development / Location AcquisitionIdentify, prospect, and secure high-quality locations (property management, offices, campuses, gyms, community centers, transit-adjacent sites, etc.)Run the full partnership cycle: outreach → meeting → proposal → negotiation → agreement → installation coordinationBuild and maintain a strong pipeline, with weekly updates and clear next stepsWhat Success Looks LikeScalable expansion with consistent new location launchesStrong partner relationships built on trustHigh service quality and performance across every marketRequirements2–5+ years experience in B2B sales / business development / account management, ideally with field operations exposureComfortable being hands-on and working in a fast-moving environmentStrong communication and negotiation skillsOrganized and data-driven: able to track pipeline and operational KPIsValid driver’s license and ability to travel locally within LACompensationCompetitive Base Salary + Performance Bonuses + Stock OptionsJob Type: Full-time, hybridLocation: Metropolitan Area, Los Angeles, California (Exact Location TBD)https://www.garobot.com/We’re hiring immediately—top closers start ASAP!We are an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion in California.
