This role enhances daily operations, strengthens departmental coverage, and serves as a key backup to ensure accuracy, compliance, and continuity within Deposit Operations.This position may be based in most branch locations across CO, NE, KS, or at our Operations Center in Ogallala, NE.Key ResponsibilitiesIntraFi Program Support Support operational processes for ICS/CDARS including setup, maintenance, monitoring, and reconciliation Assist with reporting, exception resolution, and communication with internal teams and IntraFi representativesWire Transfer Support Serve as backup for incoming and outgoing wire transfers Assist with processing, verification, research, and issue resolution Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirementsAccount Maintenance & Deposit Operations Perform account maintenance tasks including signatory updates, documentation review, and system changes Ensure accuracy and adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory standards Provide training and support to frontline employeesQualificationsRequired Minimum 2 years of experience in deposit operations or deposit services within a financial institution Strong understanding of deposit products, account structures, and maintenance processes High attention to detail with strong organizational and time‑management skills Ability to work independently and collaborativelyPreferred Experience with IntraFi (ICS/CDARS) programs Prior exposure to wire transfer processing Familiarity with core banking systems and operational workflows Strong written and verbal communication skillsWork Environment & Travel Additional travel to Nebraska or Colorado may be required for training, especially during the first 90 days Position may be based in most branch locations in Colorado, Nebraska, or KansasWhy Join Our Team🌱 Professional DevelopmentWe invest in our people.
