What You’ll Do: Respond quickly and professionally to internet leads, phone calls, and website chats Use CRM tools (eLead) to log activity, follow up, and maintain lead engagement Set qualified appointments for the sales team thatshow upandbuy Follow a consistent daily process to manage fresh leads and nurture long-term prospects Build trust with customers by offering helpful, pressure-free communication Collaborate with sales managers to ensure smooth lead handoffs and appointment confirmations Help boost our online reputation by encouraging satisfied customers to leave reviews What We’re Looking For: Previous BDC, internet sales, or customer service experience (automotive a plus, but not required) Strong phone presence and excellent written communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment Highly organized, self-motivated, and process-oriented Familiarity with CRM systems like eLead is a plus Must be available to work some evenings and Saturdays Compensation & Benefits: Competitive hourly base pay Performance bonuses based on appointments set, shown, and sold Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off & holidays Employee discounts on vehicles, service, and parts Advancement opportunities with a growing, stable organization Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Saturday (with a rotating day off during the week) Shift flexibility available Ready to Join the Atzenhoffer Family?
