*Project Coordinator* Plano, Texas 12+months contract *Description* * Project Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of cybersecurity projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope. * Coordination: Coordinate project activities, resources, and information, ensuring all team members are aligned and informed. * Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, meeting minutes, and status reports. * Communication: Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring clear and consistent information flow. * Progress Tracking: Track project progress, identify potential issues or risks, and report them to the Project Manager. * Policy Support: Support the development and implementation of cybersecurity policies, procedures, and best practices. * Reporting: Assist in the preparation of project presentations, technical reports, and compliance documentation. * Meetings: Participate in team meetings, providing updates on project status and milestones, and ensuring follow-up on action items. * Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing project files, and managing project-related correspondence.
