This position requires strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Duties/ResponsibilitiesProcess and manage pVault invoicesHandle shipping and receiving of mobile devicesMaintain daily team huddle notes and track assignmentsCoordinate copier needs, including quotes, ordering, and tracking updatesMaintain and update ISP and location tracking spreadsheetsSupport Portal/VPM user stories and system updatesDistribute mass communications as neededTrack equipment for new hires and employee terminationsProvide updates on Portal/VPM sprint progressPrepare VZW vs. TL reportingConduct Active Directory (AD) validation reportingAssist with Egnyte audit processesManage and reconcile monthly invoicesMonitor and send reminders for copier contractsTrack and manage ISP contract renewalsAdminister KnowBe4 platform, including training setupCoordinate training video production (script writing, recording, editing)Education and TrainingCollege degree required; Management Information Systems (MIS) or related field preferredPrevious experience in an IT department or office administration roleMust have a clean and valid Driver’s License and a personal vehiclePosition may involve occasional travel, mostly drivingKnowledge, Skills And AbilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Strong organizational, time management, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
