We deliver strategic programs and services that unite our organization.Work you'll doWorking at the direction of the Enablement and Adoption Leader, the Manager will:Drive the Global Tax & Legal Intela Platform adoption strategyDevelop and manage the overall Intela Tax platform change and adoption strategyExecute key deliverables including overall adoption approach and quarterly adoption spotlights in addition to infusing all collateral with an adoption mindsetProvide thoughtful insight and partnership to drive strategy forward fasterOversee the development and communication of adoption metrics and data points that will drive insights and actions for Intela teamsRefine and execute communication strategy and approachDevelop and publish key communicationsAlign Intela and Deloitte branding across deliverablesPosition Intela narrative positively across stakeholdersEquip local Deloitte teams with templates, key content, and guidance for Intela communications, answer questions and support as neededCommunicate Intela platform benefits effectively for all levelsUtilize Global communication channels to craft and distribute comms that drive awareness, desire, and adoption of Intela (Teams channels, intranet, meeting agendas, newsletters, Intela in 90, etc.)Drive community between Global Intela Program Team and local Change, Communication and Learning LeadsLead community building events such as the Intela Deployment & Enablement Community ConnectsShare stories, templates, and best practicesEnable Global Intela Program Team with change, comm, and collateral needsRefine Playbooks, presentations, communications, and collateral to align with Deloitte and Intela brand and messagingRefine narrative using change communications best practices and keeping the adoption strategy in mindDraft and publish key program and leader communicationsTrack Global Intela change, communication, and collateral metrics monthly and revise as program maturesCollaborate with the Learning Team to create holistic approaches for the Intela user learning experienceProvide change and adoption metrics and analysis to support overall learning strategyUnderstand the learning needs of the Intela community and identify opportunities to enhance the learning experiencePartner with subject matter experts to infuse learning into change management strategies (micro learning, knowledge sharing stories, etc.)Oversee project management planning for the Change and Adoption teamManage timelines, level of effort and resource/capacity plans for change management deliverables and ad hoc workUtilize project management approaches to adhere to timelines and report on statusCommunicate risks, issues and decisions to Intela leadershipThe teamGlobal Tax & Legal deploys the right team of experts to address the ever-evolving needs of our businesses around the world. Our professionals deliver superior compliance and advisory insights and guidance (local and global) to support our businesses operating in singular or multiple jurisdictions.QualificationsMinimum 5 years' experience in organizational change management and/or communications, preferably with an ERP systemBachelor's degree in a related fieldStrong core consulting skills, especially storyboarding and storytelling, ability to work through ambiguity, and analyzing information for conclusionsStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong presentation and organizational skillsAbility to work on multiple activities concurrentlyAbility to work independentlyAbility to work in a virtual environmentFlexibility to support different time zonesPreferred:Experience on multiple projects using Deloitte's OCM methodologyExperience working in a global environmentKnowledge of Deloitte's Tax service lines and market offeringsLimited immigration sponsorship may be available.Our cultureAt Deloitte Global people are valued and respected for who they are - with opportunities to bring their unique perspectives, talents and passions to business challenges.
