Develop & implement business plan which supports budget achievement and businesssegment strategy. Lead NA sales team in building relationships at all levels of Top Tier customers and potential customers to support improved profitability and growth. Anticipate market trends and customer needs while properly supporting team to best position Amcor’s capabilities verses competition. Work with other Support Group leaders of Customer Service, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and Human Resources as sales escalation path to help meet the Healthcare segment business targets. Motivate sales team to ensure expected sales targets are met and achieved Coordinate and train sales team on new techniques to advance projects Coordinate and lead bi-weekly sales meetings to track pipeline growth and sales deliverables. Develop, maintain and execute key account strategy plans to drive growth andInnovation. Prepare sales reports to Vice President weekly on current pipeline, projects and concerns where escalation could be required.QualificationsMinimum of Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education & experienceHaving a full understanding of various plastic molding processes 10+ years outside sales experience in Healthcare or related market Remote work position Self-starter that is results oriented and works with minimal supervision Excellent communication & presentation skills; ability to work cross-functionally to drivebusiness solutions Ability to travel up to 60% Well-developed negotiation and contract management skills Proficient computer skills, including use of Microsoft Office applications like PowerPoint, etc. Innovative with strong project management & organizational skills Ability to quickly & proficiently learn new products and technologies Bi-lingual preferred but not mandatory as role would cover oversight of Mexico Region.Our ExpectationsWe Expect Our People To Be Guided By The Amcor Way And Demonstrate Our Values Every Day To Enable The Business To Win. Base pay information is based on national averages and a geographic differential may be applied based on work location. Position may also be eligible for Amcor’s Management Incentive Plan / Sales Incentive Plan, which is an annual bonus program based on business and individual performance, as well as medical coverage and other health and welfare benefits. The salary range provided reflects the anticipated base pay for this role at the time of this posting. This range is applicable to positions performed in jurisdictions with pay transparency requirements, including CA, CO, CT, HI, IL, MD, MA, MN, NV, NJ, NY, RI, VT, WA, Washington DC, as well as remote roles that may be performed in these locations. Compensation for roles performed outside of these jurisdictions may vary.
