This work will directly contribute to IV&V’s mission assurance posture and align local policies with NASA’s enterprise standards.Job Description: Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP) Development:Lead the development of IV&V’s updated Continuity of Operations Plan using the new NASA agency-wide template. Ensure the plan encompasses all IV&V functions, facilities, and personnel. Deliver a draft plan ready for leadership review and integration into IV&V’s broader emergency preparedness framework. Operations Security (OPSEC) Training Program:Develop and implement a new OPSEC training initiative in alignment with the National Security Presidential Memorandum. Provide updated guidance to ensure all IV&V personnel understand their responsibilities under mandatory OPSEC requirements. Support delivery of training to staff and assist in evaluating compliance and awareness outcomes. Classified National Security Information (CNSI) Support:Participate in CNSI-related training to establish foundational knowledge. Review and update CNSI-related policies and procedures as directed by the Government. Ensure revisions align with current federal and agency standards while supporting operational needs.QualificationsRequired Education: Bachelors Degree and 0 years related experience.Clearance: Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
