Our team strives to deliver premium products and exceptional service to customers nationwide. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Millwright role located in Appalachia, VA. The Millwright will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues, and repairing equipment to ensure efficient mill operations. This role will also include monitoring, safety, ordering parts, managing tools, and coordination of other employees involved in maintenance. Salary plus uptime bonus/safety bonus. Qualifications Proficiency in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair practicesStrong Troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving mechanical issuesExperience in using Power Tools and Hand Tools safely and effectivelyAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and manualsBasic understanding of industrial machinery and equipment, including their operation and carePrevious experience in a lumber mill or industrial setting is a plusA high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional technical certifications are preferred
