This role includes HVAC installation, service, and repair, along with helping customers understand their options.Responsibilities:Diagnose and repair HVAC systemsPerform installations and service workProvide strong customer serviceMaintain truck stock, tools, and safety equipmentCommunicate with dispatcher and customers on schedulingCollect payment/authorization upon job completionDocument installed equipment (make, model, serial, photos)Help customers decide between repair or replacementMeet performance standardsRequirements:5+ years HVAC installation experience (mini splits, boilers, furnaces, AC/heat pumps)Own hand toolsKnowledge of HVAC codesExperience with hot air and hot water systemsValid, clean driver's licenseWilling to work overtime and on-callAbility to lift up to 100 lbsWilling to continue training/educationCertifications:EPA Certification (required)NATE Certification (preferred)Valid Driver's LicenseBenefits:Flexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offBonus & commission payCompany DescriptionAt Mann Heating & Air Conditioning, we don't just install systems; we help create comfortable and efficient spaces to live and work in.
