Our focus is on creating memorable stays and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Hotel Manager based in Miami Beach, FL. The Assistant Hotel Manager will oversee daily operations, support the management team, and ensure high standards of hospitality are maintained. Responsibilities include handling customer service concerns, assisting with budgeting and revenue management, coordinating food and beverage operations, serving as manager-on-duty in the absence of the General Manager and supervising front of house and receptionist activities. The Assistant Hotel Manager will also support team members in achieving sales goals and provide training as needed.QualificationsStrong Customer Service and Management skills to address guest needs and ensure a seamless guest experience.Proficiency in Budgeting and Sales to manage financial goals and achieve revenue targets.Effective organizational, leadership, and interpersonal communication skills.Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced hotel environment.At least 2 years of experience in hotel or hospitality management.Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.Working knowledge of property management systems is a plus.
