Systems Analyst

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role Serve as a senior-level technical expert for Epic Bridges integrations Lead the development and maintenance of HL7 interfaces, APIs, and interoperability solutions Partner with Epic application teams, infrastructure teams, vendors, and business stakeholders Provide technical leadership for large-scale initiatives including upgrades, acquisitions, and regulatory projects Mentor junior team members and act as an escalation point for complex integration challenges Support system build, testing, validation, and ongoing support of assigned applicationsWhat You'll Need Minimum two (2) years experience with EPIC or comparable health system software OR two (2) years scripting or programming experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Social Science, Education, Business, Health Care or related field and Minimum three (3) years working in IT or operations Advanced Epic Bridges expertise and strong healthcare interoperability knowledge Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex incidents Strong leadership and ability to influence technical decisions across cross-functional teams Experience with system configuration, installation, upgrades, and decommissioningWhat's On Offer Opportunity to work at a senior technical level within health systems IT Role in a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams Chance to lead large-scale and impactful initiativesApply via Haystack today!
