Class A CDL Drivers: Get home weekly running 100% no touch freight. Drivers will average $1275-$1500/WK with full benefits after 30 days and you can have a rider and a pet from day one Position Overview: Schedule: Out 5.5 days and home for a minimum of 34 hours. HOME TIME IS NOT GOING TO BE ON WEEKENDS Freight: 100% no-touch freight, with 70% drop and hook. Running Area: Drivers will run the Midwest Sign On Bonus: For a short while the company is offering $1000 sign on bonus with $500 after first load and $500 after 30 days NOTE THAT DRIVING EXPERIENCE CAN NOT COUNT TIME WITH TRAINER OR AT DRIVING SCHOOL HOWEVER, LOCAL, REGIONAL AND OTR EXPERIENCE COUNT – ONLY YARD JOCKEY DOES NOT What We Offer: Home Time: Regular and predictable – 34-48 hour reset at home every week again will not be on the weekends Pay: Weekly earnings of $1275-$1500, with potential for higher earnings. Starting pay for drivers is .57CPM for drivers with 3-5 months experience up to .64CPM for those drivers with 10+ experience. 2 years plus earns.62CPM Equipment: 2022 Freightliner Cascadias and newer, equipped with automatic transmissions, APUs, and 1250-watt inverters. Auto restrictions are accepted. Rider and Pet Policy: Bring a companion or your pet from day one. Benefits: Full benefits, including medical, dental, 401K, PTO, and more, available after just 30 days. Convenience: Drivers can take their assigned trucks home during home time. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A driving experience within the last 3 years (local, regional, or OTR; yard jockey experience not eligible). Training and school time do not count toward the experience requirement. Driving Record: No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years, and no more than 2 in the last 12 months. No major moving violations in the last year; only one allowed in the last 3 years. Safety: No more than 4 incidents in the last 3 years. No DOT Recordable incidents in the last 3 years. No failed or refused DOT drug tests ever.
