We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate, Product Marketing Strategy, to join our world-class marketing organization. This pivotal role will serve as a strategic marketing generalist, supporting marketing initiatives across Humana's diverse product portfolio—including Prescription Drug Plans (PDP), Medicare Supplement (Med Supp), and specialty products (including individual dental and vision).Job DescriptionThe Senior Associate, Product Marketing Strategy is responsible for partnering with cross-functional leaders to develop and optimize marketing strategies that drive product growth and member engagement. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Product, Brand, Compliance, Sales, Operations, Lifecycle Marketing, Data & Analytics, and Consumer Insights. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in healthcare marketing and a proven ability to manage cross-functional projects in a highly regulated environment, leveraging data-driven insights to deliver enhanced value and improve the experiences of our members.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support the development and optimization of product marketing strategies for multiple product lines.Translate analytics, member feedback, and market intelligence into actionable strategies for product positioning and go-to-market plans.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Brand, Compliance, Customer Lifecycle Marketing, Data & Analytics, Consumer Insights) to ensure strategic alignment and executional excellence.Drive campaign planning, creative development, and performance measurement for multi-channel marketing initiatives.Monitor marketing performance and identify opportunities for optimization using analytics and testing frameworks.Work with Customer Lifecycle Marketing to deliver personalized, relevant member experiences across all stages (acquisition, onboarding, activation, engagement, retention).Advance growth and retention objectives with differentiated messaging, enhanced experiences, and targeted engagement strategies.Refine marketing materials using competitive intelligence, member insights, and regulatory updates to maintain compliance and market relevance.Manage marketing roadmaps, content creation, and stakeholder communications.Ensure all deliverables meet federal and state Medicaid regulations and Humana's internal quality standards.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of healthcare marketing experience, with preference for Medicaid, Med Supp, PDP, or specialty products.Strong knowledge of Medicaid regulations, specialty benefits, and quality programs (Stars, HEDIS, CAHPS).Exceptional communication, project management, and relationship-building skills.Deep understanding of CMS regulations and compliance standards for marketing communications.Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with proven ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.Experience leading multi-channel marketing initiatives and optimizing campaigns based on performance analytics.Demonstrated success in developing go-to-market strategies and executing integrated campaigns.Experience collaborating with diverse cross-functional teams.Preferred QualificationsBackground with managed care organizations, pharmacy benefit managers, CMS, or other healthcare ecosystem partners.Ability to navigate ambiguity and balance strategic and operational priorities.Experience in member engagement, personalization, or lifecycle marketing.Equal Opportunity EmployerIt is the policy of Humana not to discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, marital status, genetic information, disability or protected veteran status.
