The German Language Specialist will be responsible for providing high-quality language services, including translation and interpretation, to meet the company's needs. Daily tasks will include translating and localizing content, interpreting communications, and collaborating with teams to ensure language consistency and clarity. The specialist will also contribute to writing and editing German-language materials to effectively communicate with clients and partners. Lead quality assurance (QA) for German language outputs (text, conversations, instructions) Design and develop linguistic assessments and training modules for agents Train and mentor agents to ensure consistent, high-quality, scalable output Evaluate and refine agent-generated responses for accuracy, tone, fluency, and cultural nuance Define and enforce language guidelines, style guides, and evaluation frameworks Identify linguistic edge cases and drive continuous improvement through structured feedback loops What We're Looking For Native or near-native fluency in German + strong proficiency in English 3+ years of experience in linguistics, translation, localization, or language QA Proven experience in Training or managing linguists / annotators Quality evaluation and content review Creating assessments or linguistic frameworks Strong understanding of grammar, syntax, semantics, and cultural nuance Experience with AI/LLM evaluation, data annotation, or content QA is a strong plus Work Conditions Fully remote Project-based / contract engagement Opportunity to work on ongoing, high-impact global projects Why Join AgentsOnly Work on cutting-edge AI systems used globally Join an elite network of top language experts Fully remote & flexible — work from anywhere Opportunity to shape evaluation standards and influence AI behavior Fast-paced, high-impact environment with global exposure J-18808-Ljbffr
