ResponsibilitiesPlanning & Operational Oversight:Forecast what is to be done on a week-to-week basis, when, and by whomAnalyze and forecast factors that affect results to maximize efficiencyMonitor and analyze performance metrics and operational data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement in efficiency and resultsTeam Leadership & DevelopmentMentor, coach, and lead personnel across the organization, building a high-performing and growth-oriented team environmentParticipate in employee recruitment, hiring, counseling, and terminations (ensure alignment with company policy)Ensure all employees meet or exceed their required safety training (OSHA, First Aid, CPR, etc.)Provide performance appraisals, feedback and growth opportunities for team membersPromote continuous learning, professional development, and improvementsFinancial Management & ProfitabilityDrive productivity in field operations by implementing process improvements and utilizing tools that enhance labor efficiencyAchieve minimum budgeted net profit for branchManage billing and collectionsTrack accounts receivable and managing working capitalQualifications And Requirements5 years' experience leading workplace safety efforts required.3-5 prior experience in plumbing.Experience, Skill And AbilitiesPositive safety attitude and personal integrity – both are non-negotiable.Ability to work effectively with customers and service their needs, including working weekends, holidays, extended hours, and 2nd or 3rd shifts as the customer or project requires.
