Manager, Responsible Business Data & SystemsOverview Lead data, systems, analytics, and reporting initiatives that support sustainability, environmental performance, regulatory compliance, and business decision-making. This role bridges Responsible Business objectives with the technology, data, and insights needed to measure performance and drive continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn sustainability and environmental data collection, validation, governance, and reportingManage reporting systems, data platforms, integrations, and process improvementsDevelop and maintain Power BI dashboards, analytics, and executive reportingSupport greenhouse gas accounting, sustainability disclosures, and regulatory reportingEstablish data governance standards, controls, documentation, and audit readinessDrive automation, workflow optimization, and digital transformation initiativesSupport customer, investor, and external reporting requirementsCollaborate across Operations, Finance, IT, Supply Chain, HR, Legal, and other stakeholdersQualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree or equivalent experience5–8+ years in data management, reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or enterprise applicationsExperience with reporting platforms, Power BI, dashboards, and analyticsExperience with data governance, data quality, controls, and compliance reportingProven success leading system implementations, reporting transformations, or process improvement initiativesPreferredSustainability, ESG, environmental, energy, utility, or regulatory reporting experienceKnowledge of greenhouse gas accounting and sustainability disclosuresExperience with enterprise reporting platforms (e.g., Workiva, AuditBoard, Smartsheet)Experience managing environmental, operational, or regulatory datasetsCore SkillsPower BI, dashboards, analytics, and data visualizationAdvanced Excel and reportingData governance, quality, controls, and validationLarge-scale data managementStakeholder management and cross-functional collaborationAnalytical, problem-solving, and project management skillsContinuous improvement and process optimization mindset
