You’ll work closely with leadership and junior team members, taking ownership of core accounting processes while serving as a steady, reliable presence on the team.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess accounts payable and support payroll activitiesAssist with month-end close, accruals, and reconciliationsSupport sales tax compliance and filingsPrepare working papers and collaborate with external auditorsMaintain accurate cash-basis accounting recordsHelp mentor and support junior accounting staffOperate effectively in a fast-moving environment where books are maintained dailyWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Accounting5–7+ years of accounting experienceBackground or training in technical accountingAbility to work independentlyComfortable mentoring team members with varying levels of accounting experienceLevel-headed, adaptable, collaborative, and detail-orientedCompensation$60,000–$70,000 base salary, depending on experience
