Job Description: Warehouse Associate Location: Burlington, MAFLSA Status: Non-ExemptJob Type: Full-TimeHourly Rate: $25.00/hrPosition SummaryThe Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping materials in compliance with company policies and cGMP standards. This role ensures inventory accuracy, maintains a clean and organized warehouse, and supports manufacturing and client operations by managing materials and supplies efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, and accurately log incoming shipments in compliance with SOPs and quality standardsPick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, including materials requiring temperature control and chain-of-custody documentationManage inventory levels through cycle counts and assist with physical inventories to maintain stock accuracyEnsure proper storage of materials, including temperature-sensitive and controlled substances, adhering to all regulatory and company guidelinesMaintain warehouse cleanliness and organization, including general housekeeping and waste disposalCoordinate with vendors for waste removal and recycling services as neededOperate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) if certified and authorizedSupport internal and external audits by providing required documentation and facilitating inspectionsAssist other departments as needed to support operational goals, including occasional off-hour shiftsQualificationsEducation:High School Diploma or GED requiredAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not requiredExperience:Minimum 1 year of warehouse or materials handling experience, preferably in a regulated environment (pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device)Experience with inventory management systems and basic computer skillsSkills and Abilities:Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to follow written and verbal instructions and maintain compliance with SOPs and cGMP requirementsGood communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environmentAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the workdayReliable, flexible, and self-motivatedWork Environment & Physical RequirementsWork is performed primarily in a warehouse setting with cleanroom compliance requirementsMay require standing, walking, lifting, and moving materials regularlyUse of personal protective equipment (PPE) required as per company policyWhat We OfferMedical, dental, and vision insurance.Life insurance coverage.Paid parental leave.401(k) retirement program.Generous PTO program.Collaborative, mission-driven work environment.
