They are seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney with a current book of business, ideally within business litigation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong litigation experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage cases independently from start to finish.This role is ideal for a collaborative, outgoing professional who thrives in a supportive and fast-paced legal environment.Required Qualifications5+ years of experience as a practicing attorney in civil litigationA current, verifiable book of businessLicensed and in good standing to practice law in the Commonwealth of MassachusettsProven ability to handle cases independently and manage complex legal mattersStrong analytical, research, and writing skills, with proficiency in legal research tools and databasesExcellent interpersonal communication and client relationship skillsKey ResponsibilitiesManage a caseload of civil litigation matters, from initial pleadings through trialDevelop and implement effective legal strategiesConduct discovery, including drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and related documentsPrepare and argue motions, attend hearings, and participate in settlement negotiationsRepresent clients in court proceedings, including trials, hearings, and appealsMaintain consistent client communication, ensuring transparency and trustCollaborate with senior attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to manage cases efficientlyWork with expert witnesses and consultants to support case strategy and strengthen argumentsApply today!If you’re an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney looking to join a respected, growing firm, apply today!
