This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing engineering team supporting the development, integration, testing, and delivery of RF and digital product hardware in a fast-paced manufacturing and defense environment.The ideal candidate will have strong experience in RF testing, digital hardware troubleshooting, failure analysis, and production support, along with the ability to collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and program teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement test methods and test equipmentPerform hands-on testing, troubleshooting, and support of RF and digital hardwareSupport production hardware development, integration, and testingAnalyze test data, identify trends, and support corrective actionsMonitor and improve First Time Through Test Yield (FTTTY) and delivery performanceCompile and review data to recommend improvements in:Test equipment, Test procedures, Manufacturing processes, New test requirementsWork closely with design engineering to improve hardware performance and solutionsSupport and guide test technicians through troubleshooting and technical trainingAttend and support program meetings, reporting, Yield issues, Root cause findings, Corrective actionsInterface with: Manufacturing management, Production engineers, Design engineers, System engineers, Program management teams Required Qualifications - Principal Engineer LevelBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field with 5+ years of relevant experienceORMaster's degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field with 3+ years of experienceExperience reading and interpreting: Specifications, Schematics, Block diagramsExperience with RF hardware and softwareHands-on experience with RF test equipment, such as: Oscilloscopes, Power meters, Spectrum analyzers, Signal generatorsActive DoD Secret ClearanceU.S. Citizenship Required Preferred QualificationsAdvanced degree in Engineering or related STEM disciplineExperience with FPGAExperience with Lab Windows/CVIExperience with C / C++ programmingExperience with Test Stand programmingStrong understanding of: RF theory, High-speed digital systems, Analog and digital test equipmentExperience with LVDS (Low-Voltage Differential Signaling)Experience with PXI / PXIe and VME bus systemsHands-on troubleshooting of electrical hardwareProficiency with Microsoft Office tools Why Apply?
