This role will lead complex software development initiatives, oversee system integrations, and provide mission-critical application support in a fast-paced enterprise environment.The ideal candidate will serve as a technical subject matter expert, mentor junior team members, and collaborate closely with business stakeholders and vendor resources throughout the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Key Responsibilities: Lead complex software development and system integration projectsCollaborate with Business Systems Analysts and stakeholders to develop technical specificationsLead selection, configuration, and implementation of OpenText software packagesDrive vendor interactions and manage integration of complex application interfacesProvide 24x7 primary/secondary support for mission-critical applicationsOversee release schedules and maintenance activitiesProduce documentation, technical estimates, and SDLC deliverablesServe as Technical Lead on multiple concurrent projectsMentor and guide junior technical staffDevelop and drive standard practices within the teamRequired Technical Skills (OpenText Focus)Strong hands-on experience with: OpenText Archiving and Doc Access for SAPOpenText Archive CenterOpenText Content ServerOpenText Capture CenterOpenText Enterprise ScanOpenText Web ViewerOpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) for SAPIntelligent Capture CenterOpenText Directory ServicesNice to Have Skills: C# programming with OpenText APIDevelopment experience in OpenText ExstreamExperience working in large enterprise SAP environmentsQualifications: Proven experience leading complex application development projectsStrong understanding of SDLC processesExperience integrating enterprise applicationsAbility to work with minimal supervisionStrong communication and leadership skillsWorking Conditions: Primarily office environmentOccasional travel to operating locations may be required
