Sales Assistant
Position OverviewThe Sales Assistant plays a critical role in supporting our Account Representatives by managing the day-to-day coordination of customer orders.This position is responsible for handling all aspects of order processing, client communication, and supplier interaction, ensuring each job is completed accurately, on time, and to customer expectations. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities & deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities Support Account Representatives by managing customer ordersRequest and process vendor pricing and quotationsEnter and maintain purchase orders in internal systemsVerify order acknowledgements and resolve discrepancies with suppliersCoordinate artwork, proofs, production, and delivery schedulesTrack orders using active purchase order reports and follow-up as neededPerform general administrative and clerical support tasks as neededQualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferredPrevious experience in sales support, administrative, or customer service rolesExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesProficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)Comfortable working closely with internal teams and external vendorsWhat We Offer Stable, full-time position with a well-established companyCollaborative and supportive team environmentTraining and development to build long-term career growthCompetitive compensation and benefits package including Health, Dental, Vision, paid time off, holidays.How to Apply Interested candidates should submit a resume for consideration.
