CDL Driver

Job Description The CDL Driver will be responsible for safely transporting general freight using a straight truck primarily on local routes. This role requires adherence to all driving and safety regulations while working night shifts and ensuring timely delivery of cargo. This is a night shift position that requires garbage collection.Required Qualifications Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience Strong defensive driving skills Ability to plan routes efficiently Responsibilities Operate straight truck to transport general freight on local routes Plan and follow efficient routes for timely deliveries Ensure vehicle is maintained and perform basic inspections before and after trips Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations for commercial driving Load and unload cargo as needed, securing shipments properly Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding route progress and any issues Company Description Liberty Ashes has been a cornerstone of waste management solutions for over three decades.
