SCADA Analyst

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a SCADA Analyst to work with a leading utility and energy provider in the New Albany, OH area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected organization supporting critical transmission and energy infrastructure systems in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.This position is fully onsite, Monday through Friday, with opportunities to work on high-impact utility and transmission projects supporting real-time operations, system modeling, SCADA displays, and EMS technologies.Key Responsibilities:Support and maintain EMS (Energy Management System) and SCADA systems used in Transmission OperationsBuild, update, and maintain SCADA one-line displays and system modelsMonitor and improve real-time data interfaces and operational reliabilitySupport transmission and distribution modeling projectsAssist with troubleshooting, commissioning, RTU configurations, and system updatesCollaborate with engineering, telecom, operations, and technical teams to support utility infrastructure projectsSupport advanced SCADA and ADMS applications and ongoing technology improvementsParticipate in after-hours support as needed for critical systemsQualifications:Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related technical field preferredEquivalent military, utility, or technical experience will also be consideredExperience with SCADA systems requiredStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced operational environment supporting critical infrastructureUtility, transmission, EMS, ADMS, or substation experience highly preferredExperience with RTU configuration, transmission modeling, or power systems is a plusSchedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Overtime available as neededLocation: New Albany, OH (Also considering qualified candidates in Shreveport, LA; Roanoke, VA; and Fort Wayne, IN)About Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS)ITS is an international recruiting and staffing firm specializing in Engineering, Technical and Professional positions.
