Accounts Receivable Analyst

Accounts Receivable Analyst Westfield, IN 3 monthsAs an Analyst - Accounts Receivable, you will be responsible for generating, reviewing, and issuing customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner. Maintains and updates billing records using applicable systems, ensuring charges are correct and properly documented. Researches and resolves routine billing discrepancies and prepares standard reports related to billing status, exceptions, or unresolved issues. High School Diploma or Equivalent is required; Bachelors' Degree is preferred. 1 year of Microsoft Office products (Outlook and Excel) experience is required; 3 years preferred. 1 year of QuickBooks, Salesforce.com, DAX, or other ERP accounts receivable is preferred 1 year of direct customer billing is preferred Basic knowledge of accounts receivable is preferred. Ability to remain calm and work in an intense productivity environment with tight deadlines is preferred. Effective and efficient use of a 10-key calculator or numeric keypad for data entry is preferred. Strong oral communication skills is required. PC Windows experience is required. Excel experience is required (V-look up and pivot table functions preferred). Customer service oriented is required. Team Player is required. Ability to work independently with little or no supervision is required.
