Training Coordinator

Dubak Electrical Group LLC is growing and seeking a Training Coordinator to join our team. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for administrative and coordination duties to ensure the successful delivery, tracking, and documentation of training programs. This role requires strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn industry standards and safety requirements that support effective training operations. This is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and logistical support for training programs and initiatives
Coordinate training schedules, materials, tracking, and documentation
Maintain accurate training documentation and assist with reporting and compliance needs
Collaborate closely with the Lead Instructor and management to support training delivery
Communicate clearly and professionally with employees, instructors, and management
Manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Support continuous improvement of training processes and systems
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Demonstrated aptitude for learning and effectively using all internal software systems
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Willingness to learn and understand the importance of industry and safety training standards and practices
Maintain accuracy and professionalism while working under pressure
Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish is preferred
