Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Chief Technology Vice President for a full-time, on-site role located in Atlanta, GA. This role involves strategic leadership over the company’s technology initiatives, including IT strategy, system implementation, and the management of large-scale projects. Responsibilities include leading and optimizing technology investments to support business goals, implementing innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technology strategies with company objectives. The VP will also oversee project planning, resource management, and the development of scalable, future-ready systems. Qualifications Strong skills in Analytical Thinking, IT Strategy, and Information TechnologyExperience with Project Management, including the ability to oversee multiple projects and manage timelines and deliverablesDemonstrated expertise in Strategic Planning to align technology initiatives with business goalsProven track record of leadership and working collaboratively across departmentsExceptional communication and decision-making abilitiesA background in fintech or financial services is advantageousMaster’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is preferredExperience managing and scaling technology teams or operations is a plus
