Job Description 2nd Shift Saw OperatorShift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PMPay Range: $24–$26/hourWe are currently seeking an experienced and dependable Saw Operator to join our manufacturing team on 2nd shift. This role is ideal for a skilled candidate with CNC machining or industrial saw operation experience who takes pride in precision, quality, and safety.ResponsibilitiesSet up, load, and operate industrial saws and/or CNC equipment efficiently and safelyRead and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and work instructionsPerform quality inspections using precision measuring toolsMonitor machine performance and make offsets, calibrations, and adjustments as neededChange blades, bits, and inserts to maintain production efficiencyPerform basic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on equipmentMaintain a clean and safe work environment while following all company safety proceduresQualificationsPrevious experience operating CNC machines (mills, lathes, routers) or industrial saws requiredStrong understanding of manufacturing and machining processesExperience performing quality inspections and maintaining tight tolerancesAbility to use precision measuring instruments including micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and tape measuresMechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issuesStrong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safetyAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production environmentPreferred SkillsExperience with machine offsets and calibrationsPreventative maintenance experiencePrior experience in metal manufacturing or fabrication environments
