Pay is production based and paid on a weekly basis. Starting wage is $16 per hour while training, with the opportunity for continued advancement opportunities through merit and performance-based increases. The position is fast-paced and requires a desire to continually excel and grow. Applicants must be in good physical condition, able to bend, twist and lift moderately heavy objects. This is not an offer of employment. The tryout provides an opportunity for applicants to better understand the environment, job tasks, team dynamic and performance expectations. Applicants will be compensated for their time during the job tryout. Every applicant will not progress through the entire interview process. Only applicants identified as most qualified will be called to the next stage of the interview process.
