JOB SUMMARY:Supervises and performs direct and indirect resident care as specified by individual resident care plans and physician orders according to federal, state and facility rules, regulations and policies.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:Education: Associate's degree from an accredited universityExperience: Previous geriatric experience preferredLicensure: Current RN/LPN licensure from the State of MichiganSkills: Must be able to communicate in English both verballyand in writing. Must demonstrate computer literacy including use of computer programs and applications. Must be CPR trained and possess a current BLS certification.Requirement description :1+ year of exp - RequiredBLS can be of any kind.SNF exp - preferredCERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :BLS (AHA)STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :MichiganADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : Active at time of submissionWeekend Requirements : every other weekend
