The ideal candidate should be prepared to manage a patient ratio of 1:5-7 and deliver patient-centered care for a range of acute medical conditions.ResponsibilitiesManage patient care for adults with various medical conditions. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor and interpret telemetry data. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Participate in daily huddles and patient flow management.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureMinimum of 2 years of RN experience in a med/surg setting. Certification in BCLS and NIH required; ACLS preferred. Current RN license in West Virginia or compact state. Telemetry experience and knowledge of EMR systems, specifically Cerner.Why ARMStaffing?
