Schedule Night shift, 4x12 hours (19:00 - 07:00), including weekends. Job Description Seeking a dedicated MedSurg RN with telemetry experience to provide high-quality nursing care in a dynamic 34-bed med/surg unit. The ideal candidate should be prepared to manage a patient ratio of 1:5-7 and deliver patient-centered care for a range of acute medical conditions. Responsibilities Manage patient care for adults with various medical conditions. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor and interpret telemetry data. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Participate in daily huddles and patient flow management. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a med/surg setting. Certification in BCLS and NIH required; ACLS preferred.
