Job Details Location: Beachwood, Ohio (44122) — Cleveland area travel nursing opportunity Setting: 38-bed Emergency Department (ED) with 5 fast track rooms, internal waiting room, 4 behavioral health swing rooms, and 2 trauma/resuscitation rooms Contract Length: 13-week travel contract Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) Hours per Week: 36 Schedule: Every other weekend and every other holiday required Start Date: April 6, 2026 Number of Openings: 2 Estimated Weekly Pay: $1800-$1890 Job Requirements / Qualifications At least 2 years of recent Emergency Department (ED) nursing experience — strong ER RN background preferred Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio Experience caring for pediatric patients and comfort with pediatric emergency nursing Ability to work every other weekend and every other holiday as required by the travel nurse schedule Required onboarding documentation: health screenings, background checks, and skills checklist BLS certification required; ACLS and PALS preferred Responsibilities Provide high-quality, compassionate emergency care to patients of all ages in a fast-paced ED Assess, triage, and manage patient flow across acuity levels, including pediatric cases and fast-track patients Respond to high-acuity situations such as trauma/resuscitation and behavioral health emergencies Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the medical record Maintain compliance with hospital policies, ED protocols, and travel nurse onboarding requirements This is an excellent travel nurse role for experienced ER RNs seeking a 13-week contract in the Cleveland area.
