Full Stack Engineer
Job Title: Full Stack EngineerDuration: 6 Months Contract | Possible ExtensionLocation: Santa Clara, CAWork Model: Hybrid – Minimum 3 Days Onsite/WeekMax Pay Rate: $77.77/hour on W2Top 3 Technical Skills: React, Python, and SQLWhat You'll DoDesign, architect, and develop scalable web applications and microservices using React.js, Node.js, and Python.Own the end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering and system design through testing, deployment, and maintenance.Collaborate with Embedded Engineering, Digital Engineering, QA, Validation, and IT Operations teams.Develop data pipelines and backend services using Snowflake, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server.Implement modern deployment solutions using Docker, Kubernetes (AWS EKS), Argo CD, and CI/CD pipelines.Conduct code reviews, maintain high-quality coding standards, and mentor junior and peer engineers.Lead and coordinate with offshore engineering teams to ensure alignment and continuous delivery.Identify engineering process gaps and implement improvements to increase development velocity and efficiency.Required Skills & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field with 8+ years of relevant experience, OR Master's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.Proven experience owning and leading complex software projects across multiple technical and business teams.Experience leading, coordinating, or mentoring offshore engineering teams.Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into reliable, production-ready solutions.Preferred QualificationsExperience in medical, aerospace, or other regulated industries.Experience developing data-intensive applications, observability platforms, visualization tools, or developer tooling.Familiarity with AWS or GCP and deploying highly scalable cloud services.📩 Interested?If you are a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong experience in React.js, Node.js, Python, Kubernetes, AWS EKS, Docker, Snowflake, and CI/CD, we'd love to connect!📩 Please share your updated resume and contact details to learn more about this opportunity.
